Why you love CrossFit - I love CrossFit because it has helped me to improve so much as a person, not just physically, but mentally as well. CrossFit taught me mental toughness which has motivated me to want to become the best that I can be at everything that I try. I love the challenge that CrossFit
provides. There will always be room to improve no matter how hard you work, and the difficult
movements and constant trials of mental and physical endurance inspire me to work in order to achieve my goals.

Favorite WOD - Fran or any couplet with an olympic lift and ring muscle-ups.

Favorite Exercise - I love the olympic lifts (snatch and clean and jerk)

Fun Fact – I served a mission in Brazil, so I LOVE anything related to South America.

Why you love Crossfit - I love CrossFit because I feel that it literally brings out my best self. The workouts allow me to become more fit and live happier, the camaraderie inspires me to be more kind and serve better, the learning of new skills and movements teaches me persistence and to keep trying, etc.
